VERTIK Together, a consulting company founded by Daniela Șerban and part of VERTIK Group, joins the list of authorized consultants for the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). The company offers integrated services for evaluation, fundraising, corporate communication, business partner and investor connectivity, as well as business development strategies.

More and more companies are interested in the stock market and have requested specialized consultancy, seeking our expertise as an Authorized Consultant for the AeRO market,” said Daniela Șerban, a consultant with over 16 years of experience in the capital market, founder of VERTIK Group, and President and Co-founder of ARIR.
For companies interested in listing, VERTIK Together provides integrated assistance services for compliance with reporting obligations, Investor Relations and Public Relations strategies tailored to the company’s needs. The BVB authorized consultant already serves clients from transportation, agriculture, real estate, software, and financial services sectors.
Companies raising funds on the AeRO market administered by BVB are required to have a contract with a BVB Authorized Consultant for a period of at least 12 months from admission to the market.
Daniela Șerban is an economist by profession with over 16 years of experience in the capital market, at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in media, and consulting. She initiated and led the establishment of the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) and currently serves as its President. She launched VERTIK Group, which includes a business consultancy company and a public policy initiative group, the VERTIK Association for the Future.
She served as Director of Investor Relations and Public Relations at the Bucharest Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017, and held various other positions within BVB. During her tenure, she received the Biznis Polska award for the Best Investor Relations Department in Central and Eastern Europe. As a professional in Investor Relations, Daniela has met with institutional investors and participated in organizing events in London, New York, Tokyo, Warsaw, Prague, and Budapest, and coordinated some of the most extensive financial education campaigns in Romania. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Finance at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE).
