A journalist with over 20 years of experience in the business press, Dana Badea has produced programs as a moderator, conducted interviews, delivered live broadcasts, reported news as a special correspondent for a business television station, and written in-depth articles for business magazines. She has consistently delivered accurate news about companies and industries and has conducted interviews with representatives of state institutions, as well as business leaders from local and international companies. In 2013, she graduated from the “Protocol and Communication in Diplomacy” course at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute. As Communications Manager at VERTIK, Dana is responsible for managing media relations, defining and creating news and pitches for journalists, organizing interviews with the management of client companies, and facilitating responses to media inquiries.

Mădălina joined the VERTIK team in 2022 and plays a central role in coordinating deliverables for clients, listed companies across various industries. She is involved in all aspects related to financial reporting and project management, ensuring compliance and quality. With 6 years of previous experience in B2B sales focused on essential services for entrepreneurs and businesses, including digitalized accounting solutions, Mădălina significantly contributes to the success of projects and to maintaining long-term client relationships. She holds a degree from the Faculty of Law at “Ovidius” University of Constanța and completed a master’s degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure at Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest.

Vlad joined the VERTIK team in March 2023, bringing solid experience in public affairs and law. He holds a Law degree from the University of Bucharest and has a professional background that combines legal expertise with image consulting, particularly in the field of public affairs. Throughout his career, Vlad has been active in NGO management and involved in projects addressing human rights and social issues, collaborating with national and international organizations on civic and educational initiatives. Within VERTIK, Vlad contributes to the development of institutional communication strategy and the ongoing reporting of listed companies.

Anca joined the VERTIK team in 2024 and actively contributes to the development and implementation of communication strategies for listed companies or those seeking to attract financing, with a focus on visibility, coherence, and investor relations. She is involved in public communication and investor relations consulting, where she combines public communication with the specific requirements of the capital markets, ensuring clear, relevant messages aligned with business objectives. With over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, and SEO, 3 years in journalism, and more than 1 year in IR and PR consulting, Anca brings an integrated perspective on communication, where journalistic rigor meets brand strategy and the transparency needs of listed companies. She graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences and holds a master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.
