Daniela Șerban, the Managing Partner, is an experienced economist with a rich background spanning over 17 years in the capital market, media, and consulting sectors. Her notable accomplishments include initiating and leading the establishment of the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR), where she currently serves as the President.

Additionally, Daniela played a pivotal role in launching the VERTIK Group, which encompasses a business consulting company, a public policy initiative group, and an investment vehicle. Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of Investor Relations and Public Relations at the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) from 2015 to 2017, having held various other positions at the BVB since 2010.
Daniela's expertise and contributions were recognized with the prestigious Biznis Polska Award for Best Investor Relations Department in Central and Eastern Europe during her tenure at the BVB. Her professional engagements have taken her to international financial hubs such as London, New York, Tokyo, Warsaw, Prague, and Budapest, where she interacted with institutional investors and organized events. She has also successfully coordinated major financial education campaigns in Romania.
Currently, Daniela is pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, further deepening her knowledge in the field.

Daniela Aldescu, the Managing Partner of VERTIK, brings nearly 10 years of expertise in investor relations and strategy to the table.

Until 2019, she held positions at two of the largest companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, namely OMV Petrom and Electrica. During her time there, Daniela played a crucial role in overseeing investor relations activities and contributing to the operational success of the organizations.
For over 3 years, she has been actively involved in coordinating the operational activities of the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR), collaborating closely with the association's 40 members. In this capacity, Daniela has been instrumental in ensuring effective and transparent reporting to the capital market, managing the communication message to investors, and enhancing the company's visibility among investors.
Having interacted with over 100 local and international investors, Daniela has established strong relationships within the investment community. She has also coordinated the organization of dedicated events for investors, providing vital support to management in effectively conveying the company's message and fostering investor engagement.
