Who is the trainer
The program is coordinated by Daniela Maior (Șerban), Partner VERTIK and Investor Relations professional with 17 years of experience in capital markets, holding a PhD in Finance from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. By applying excellency practices in investor communications, she helps clients continuously increase their market value. She collaborates with top companies seeking listing and obtaining the best valuation in IPOs or subsequent after listing.
Daniela was selected by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as the most experienced professional to lead the first global “Investor Relations and Liquidity Program” implemented in Romania. This project aimed to develop a tailored Investor Relations Strategy focusing on improving liquidity and communication with investors for three listed companies. Her expertise in capital markets, including at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, was crucial in founding and leading ARIR (Romanian Association for Investor Relations), which attracted companies representing over 90% of BVB’s total market capitalization within less than five years. As an IR professional at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Daniela attended meetings with institutional investors and organized events in London, New York, Tokyo, Warsaw, Prague, and Budapest.
