The summit is supported by the European Investment Band and multiple local partners, and it will take place on October 10th at BT Stup, in Bucharest. Therefore, Financing & IPO Summit 2025 by VERTIK, supported by the European Investment Bank (EIB), addresses a genuine need visible in the business environment. By bringing together key stakeholders across the entire financing ecosystem – including local and international investors, financiers, experts, lawyers, and financial consultants – the event aims to provide Romanian and regional companies with insights into available funding options and the criteria necessary for accessing capital markets to achieve sustainable growth.
