Financing & IPO Summit 2025 2025 2025 2025 2025 2025 2025 2025
Unlock the capital you need to scale. Concrete strategies for growing your business, from private financing to stock exchange listing.

10 October 2025 | BT Stup, Bucharest
Does your vision exceed your current budget? You’re not alone.
The harsh reality for many ambitious entrepreneurs is that expansion plans are often held back by limited capital. The statistics confirm it: over 65% of local companies rely exclusively on self- financing or bank loans, leaving them far below their true potential.
In a Romania full of opportunities - with OECD accession on the horizon and a booming interest in technology and green energy - relying solely on traditional sources means leaving money and opportunities on the table.
The Solution: One intensive strategy day for growth capital.
The Financing & IPO Summit is not just another conference. VERTIK's mission is to shape an accelerator for strategic decisions, designed to provide you with a clear map of financing alternatives and the exact steps to access them.
